Edmonton's newest rooftop patio has the best views of the city
If you’re looking for stunning Edmonton views, Rooftop by Boxer has to be the next spot you visit this season.
Perched on the sixth floor of the historic Crawford Building, this rooftop patio offers the most stunning panoramic views of downtown and Old Strathcona, and it just opened to the public this summer. Although it’s mainly an event space, the exclusive spot has slowly been rolling out access for walk-ins.
If you enter through Boxer, you’ll be able to make your way up to get a drink at one of the best viewpoints in the city.

Here, you’ll be able to get a quick drink or some dishes, like a pizza, to satiate your appetite.
One of their standout offerings, in our opinion, has to be the rotating craft beer selection they offer. While they do have margaritas and select cocktails, Edmonton is definitely known for having some of the best craft cans in the business. With names like Odd Company Brewing and Bent Stick Beer making an appearance, you know the selection is going to be good.
Hours, according to its Instagram, are 5:30 to 10 p.m. We’d suggest keeping an eye on its social media for when exactly it opens; during the summer, it’s usually booked full with private events.
That doesn’t mean you won’t be able to get a chance to visit, though. We’re going to be making sure we visit the rooftop this season, so keep your eyes peeled on socials for the next day, and you’ll get the chance to grab a seat.
