There's an all-new Asian restaurant opening this spring in Edmonton
Edmonton is getting an all-new addition to its culinary scene this spring.
Orbe is a modern Asian restaurant coming to northwest Edmonton, slated to open late spring of this year. It comes from a new local ownership group, one of which is excited to bring this new concept to the city.
This modern kitchen will be a great addition to the ever-growing food scene in Edmonton, and we’re excited to see what it will have to offer when it finally opens this spring.

“At Orbe, we act as curators—bringing together flavours, ingredients, and techniques from across cultures to create dishes that feel surprising, balanced, and new,” the team says on its website. “Although our menu focus is modern and Asian-inspired, we draw many heavy influences from around the globe.”
As described, we can expect an Asian-inspired menu with a modern take, as well as shareable plates being pushed forward. Unfortunately, the full menu hasn’t been released yet, so we’ll keep an eye out for you folks looking for a sneak peek.
The exact opening isn’t known to the public yet, but we can assure you we’ll let you know any and all details when we learn of them.
