Jessi Cruickshank to host intimate live show in Edmonton

Mar 4 2020, 4:41 pm

It’s official: Canadian comic and TV personality Jessi Cruickshank is coming to Edmonton for a live show.

On Wednesday, September 16, Cruickshank is taking the stage at the Myer Horowitz Theatre for a stand-up show of sorts, Up Close and Too Personal. She’s also bringing the show to Calgary and Vancouver.

You’ve probably seen her on TV hosting The Hills: The After ShoweTalk, and CBC’s daytime show The Goods, and online with her weekly Facebook series, New Mom, Who Dis? — but never without a filter.

Cruickshank’s upcoming live show is about to change that because she’s “telling all” (everything she can’t say on TV) during an intimate night out with you.

Attendees can anticipate laughing, crying, and laughing until they cry, so it might be wise to bring a pack of tissues along with you!

Cruickshank’s all-ages show is set to reveal behind-the-scenes stories about celebrities, real-life reflections on success, and hilarious insights into motherhood. There’s also going to be prize giveaways on the night and… half-naked men.

Tickets to the show start at $32.50 (plus service charges) and are available via Eventbrite now. If you’re looking for the perfect reason to round up your friends for a night out, this is it.
