Jersey Mike’s is opening its first-ever Edmonton location
All the way from Jersey Shore comes one of the most popular sandwich and sub restaurants in North America.
Jersey Mike’s is one of North America’s best sub sandwich chain restaurants, serving fresh sliced and grilled sub sandwiches with the best ingredients. Piled high with meats, vegetables, and signature spices, Jersey Mike’s is a welcome addition to the sub sandwich market in the city.

The second location in Alberta is set to open on Wednesday, Nov. 19, right in Edmonton. This marks the 20th Canadian Jersey Mike’s opened by Redberry since August 2024.
“We’re thrilled to bring our subs to Alberta’s capital city as we continue to grow in western Canada,” says Ken Otto, CEO of Redberry. “Our team is looking forward to introducing our awesome subs to Edmontonians and becoming an active member of the Northwest Edmonton community. Giving back is an important part of our mission and we’re inviting everyone to come try us out during our grand opening fundraiser when we can all help support a cause that’s close to our hearts, Make-A-Wish Canada.”
In celebration of this new Edmonton location, Redberry is holding a grand opening fundraiser from Wednesday, Nov. 19, to Sunday, Nov. 23, to support Make-A-Wish Canada.
Customers who receive a special fundraising coupon distributed through a grassroots effort before the opening can make a minimum $3 contribution to Make-A-Wish in exchange for a regular sub. To be eligible, customers must have a coupon.
This new restaurant will be open seven days a week, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. No matter what time, you can always get a sub.
