How much money every Edmonton Oilers player is making this season

The Edmonton Oilers are dishing out a lot of money to players this season, but do you know how much each one will earn?

You may already be familiar with most of the cap hits on the Oilers, but that isn’t necessarily how much money they will take home in salary over the course of the season. Due to how some contracts are set up, some Edmonton players could pocket more or less money than what their cap hit is listed at.

Edmonton will have a few big-time contracts come into effect this season, which include Connor McDavid’s two-year $25 million deal, Jake Walman’s seven-year, $49 million deal, and Mattias Ekholm’s three-year, $12 million deal.

Overall, the cap hits will total under the $100 million mark, but the same cannot be said for the total salary being paid out to players this season.
