There's a grocery store bringing affordable produce to a new location near Edmonton
This Edmonton-based grocery store chain is expanding its reach north of the city and opening a new store this week.
H&W Produce is Edmonton’s locally owned and operated source for fresh quality fruits and vegetables. With carefully selected local, regional, and worldwide fruits and vegetables, H&W Produce aims to provide not only great quality but also great value. That’s what it’s known for: excellent deals on the best ingredients.
There are five stores currently in Edmonton, one location in Calgary, and the now second-newest location, Sherwood Park.
In October, it started looking for employees for its new location in St. Albert, and now, that location is finally opening.
The newest location opens on Thursday, Jan. 8, at 9 a.m. This location is 10,000 square feet with ample parking and will be managed by H&W Produce family member, Renee Harrison, as well as Mike Babichuk.
Hours for this location are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays.
Set your alarms and mark your calendar, because this is going to be a big opening for the community. We absolutely can’t wait!
