Edmonton’s weather has been fairly clear over the last week, but as we are heading into the weekend, there is a chance we could be seeing some high winds and flurries.
For the most part, you should be doing your part to stay home and practice physical distancing wherever possible, but if you are looking to get outside for some fresh air, here’s what the weather will look like this week in Edmonton.
According to Environment Canada, the city will see mostly clear and sunny skies for a few days just before the weekend.
On Wednesday, Edmonton can expect some sunshine, and winds between 20 and 40 km/h into the evening, with high winds expected to continue into the day on Thursday.
Friday brings mild temperatures and some sunshine, before things cool down over the weekend, and snow returns to the city, with flurries expected Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
Plan your breaks for fresh air according to the forecast and make sure to follow the government recommendations to maintain physical distancing, and stay safe Edmontonians.
