
Environment Canada is forecasting that the first full week of 2021 will bring sun and relatively mild temperatures to Edmonton.
The high on Monday will reach 1°C, and it’s expected to be mainly sunny throughout the day. Temperatures will dip to -3°C tonight, and there’s a 30% chance of flurries.
The potential for snow carries into Tuesday, but the sun will return by mid-morning. The high is expected to be 2°C throughout the day and will drop to -4°C overnight.

Wednesday is forecasted to be a balmy 6°C and sunny. Though temperatures will fall to -6°C at night.
Thursday’s forecast is calling for more sun and a high of 2°C, but overnight the temperature will dip to -8°C.
The chilliest day of the workweek will be Friday. A high of -1°C will be accompanied by sun throughout the day. Clouds will roll in overnight, bringing the temperature to -7°C
A mix of sun and cloud is expected throughout the weekend, with highs of 2°C and -1°C forecasted for Saturday and Sunday, respectively. Saturday night will be cloudy and -12°C.
