COVID-19 cases reported at three more Edmonton public schools

Edmonton Public Schools says people connected to three of its schools have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 24 hours.

On November 24, one person each at Brookside School, Meadowlark Christian School, and  A. Blair McPherson School tested positive for the virus.

As a result, dozens more staff and students who were close contacts of the infected individuals have to go into self-isolation.

Across the city, 41 schools are dealing with COVID-19 outbreaks, including 19 schools that are on the province’s “watch” list because five or more people have tested positive.
