Fill up soon: Edmonton's about to see a price bump at the gas pump

If you’re a driver in Edmonton, you may want to fill up your gas tank today, as prices are set to increase slightly in the city.
According to the gas forecasting site Gas Wizard, both regular and premium gas will see a small increase in YEG today.
Regular gas will increase one cent to $1.34 per litre, while premium will also increase by one cent to $1.63.
There will be no change in the price of diesel, Gas Wizard predicts.

Despite rising prices in YEG, we’re still getting a comparatively good deal on gas. The cost of regular gas for our neighbours to the south in Calgary is currently $1.42 per litre.
So, be sure to call your friends and family and tell them to fill up sooner rather than later. With the holidays starting to creep closer, we’d like to save as much cash as we can!
