The Edmonton Oilers are looking to take a 2-0 series lead in Game 2 this evening versus the Florida Panthers.
The Oilers have gotten off to a great start in the Stanley Cup Final, as they were able to defeat the Panthers by a 4-3 overtime final on Wednesday night. It was another gutsy win, as they were able to overcome a 3-1 deficit.
The Oilers have an opportunity to make the most of their home-ice advantage, and to no surprise, head coach Kris Knoblauch has elected to go with the exact same lineup that brought his team success in Game 1.

Corey Perry will continue to play on the top line in place of the injured Zach Hyman, while Leon Draisaitl will be centring the second line with Kasperi Kapanen and Evander Kane on his wings.
Connor Brown, who was a game-time decision for the series opener due to illness, will play on the third line with Adam Henrique and Trent Frederic, while the fourth line will also remain the exact same.
This means that Jeff Skinner, who was able to score in just his second playoff outing in Game 5 versus the Dallas Stars, will remain out of the lineup as a healthy scratch, while Troy Stecher and Ty Emberson will continue to sit on the back end.
While there is still plenty of hockey left to be played, winning Game 1 bodes extremely well for the Oilers in their quest to win it all. Eight of the last 10 Stanley Cup champions have won the opening game of the Final, proving just how crucial getting that first win is.
