Granify

  • Who: Granify helps its clients make more money by optimizing their customers’ online shopping experience. It calls itself a company at the intersection of e-commerce, machine learning, and psychology. Its offices in Edmonton typically recruit graduates from the University of Alberta’s data science programs, but the company also has outposts in New York and Texas.
  • Jobs: They’re hiring seven positions in Edmonton: a Lead Generation Associate, a Business Development Associate, a Junior Technology sales position, a QA Tester, a Senior Backend Software Engineer, and two Software Developers.

ARC Business Solutions Inc.

  • Who: This company provides IT solutions to its clients. It works with some high-profile organizations in Alberta, including the provincial government, Enbridge, and the Alberta Medical Association. ARC started in Edmonton in 1998 and has grown across Canada and the US.
  • Jobs: They’re hiring a Java/Web Services Developer based in Edmonton right now.
