While Edmonton was able to experience some above-zero temperatures for just a little while, the freezing temperatures are coming back in full force this week.
According to Environment Canada, on Wednesday, Edmonton will see a 60% chance of flurries and some high winds, between 20 and 40 km/h, during the day.
Things will take a turn on Thursday, with 15 km/h winds and a high of -2°C during the day, before things dip overnight to -16°C.

The daytime highs for Friday and Saturday don’t get much better at -14°C and -17°C, and temperatures get even lower into the evenings all the way until Monday night.
Next Tuesday, we’ll see a high of +2°C, and it may still be cold, but we will take above-zero temperatures with sun over snow any day.
Here’s to hoping spring weather is just around the corner.
