After a foggy Tuesday, Edmontonians will get a break from the mist in this week’s forecast, as heavy winds take over.
It’ll be a cloudy couple of days according to Environment Canada, including increasing cloudiness and high winds.
On Wednesday, freezing rain is expected in the evening, and winds between 20 to 40 km/h will be blowing.
On Thursday, 20 km/h winds are also expected, with wind chill predicted to be -9°C in the morning and a high of 2°C later in the day.
The rest of the week will remain cloudy with sunshine peeking through into the weekend.
The week-long high temperature will be 6°C on Saturday.
At least it’s not snow.
