A new craft kitchen and brewery has opened in West Edmonton Mall
A chef’s kitchen meets a modern brewery at Brewco in Edmonton, the newest brewery in the city.
At West Edmonton Mall, the new restaurant-slash-brewery opened this year in June. With a well-crafted menu and a wide spread of drinks, you definitely won’t be leaving this spot hungry.
“We’re food first, beer proud,” is how the brand introduces itself on its website. “That means scratch-made pizzas, beer-brined fried chicken, vibrant share plates, and a brewery program designed to complement the table, not compete with it.”

The kitchen has a good-sized menu, offering a wide variety of different cravings. From wings to pizza to 24-hour-brined fried chicken, this restaurant has mastered the art of comfort foods.
It doesn’t stop there, however. We can’t forget about the beers. With a long list of canned beers, beer cocktails, and even some signature cocktails, this is going to be the next great spot for a good drink.
You’ll be able to take a step inside and eat from this new establishment every day of the week. The hours vary, with the doors being open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. from Sunday to Tuesday, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and 10 a.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
