This new restaurant in Edmonton is looking like the next up-and-coming hot-pot spot.

Boiling Hot Pot is Edmonton’s newest all-you-can-eat hot-pot restaurant on the south side of the city. Located in Heritage Valley, this hot-pot is currently in its soft-opening phase, rolling out its menus and items as they come along.

Hot-pot can be considered a hot community within Edmonton, but this restaurant shows up and shows out both in food and service.

From the same owners of Dagu Rice Noodle comes the newest hot-pot spot you’re going to love. What makes Boiling Hot Pot special is its menu and the dishes it serves up.

$40 will get you a crazy amount of food in this extreme all-you-can-eat fantasia. It serves unique items you won’t be able to find anywhere else, like tapioca noodles, along with top-grade beef, including Japanese Wagyu, for an additional price.

In terms of soup bases, it has a variety of delicious options to cover all the bases. And, for vegetables, it’s even better.

For those who suffer from peanut allergies, you won’t have to worry about contamination anymore. There’s a separate peanut-free section at the sauce bar, just for peace of mind.

If you like a good drink while you eat, the restaurant also has an extensive bubble tea menu with fresh fruit.

The restaurant also just announced its lunch combo is now available, with adult pricing starting at $24.99, including one soup base, three proteins, unlimited vegetables, appetizers and fresh fruit.

As for its hours, lunch hours are 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., but the restaurant is open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 12 a.m.

If you’ve tried all the hot-pot places in the city, this is one to check out. Even if you aren’t the biggest fan, Boiling Hot Pot will make you one.
