There's a cocktail bar in Edmonton throwing a huge grand opening celebration
With a new elevated menu, special events, and live music, this cocktail bar in Edmonton is finally holding its grand opening festivities!
Aura Cocktail Bar initially opened in March 2025, but it’s now hosting its grand opening celebration this September with a brand-new menu, special handcrafted cocktails, and delicious bites.
This bar is located off Gateway Boulevard on the south side of Edmonton. The atmosphere this bar brings is moody and vibrant, combining expert mixology with excellent vibes.

The grand opening will take place from Sept. 25 to 28, from 5 p.m. onwards.
For these celebrations, Aura will be offering 20 per cent off to all customers, as well as a welcome drink and olives, on each day. The welcome events include an Afro music night on Thursday, a live band on Friday, a live DJ on Saturday, and an industry night on Sunday.
In addition to the welcome celebrations, Aura has its own exclusive deals to offer.
Instead of cocktail hour, how about golden hour? Aura has an exclusive menu starting at $8 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. to close.
It’s not open on Mondays or Tuesdays; however, the bar is open from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, and 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
