A new Alpine-inspired pop-up restaurant is coming to Edmonton

Everyone, hop aboard the Alpine Express!
Vagabond Pop Ups is back with yet another pop-up restaurant in Edmonton, this time featuring a cozy, Alpine-inspired menu.
Vagabond is led by chefs Christine Sandford and Roger Letourneau, well-known in the Edmonton culinary scene for their extensive experience. They come bringing excellent food with excellent ingredients, ones sourced from local farmers and vendors.
“Discover flavours of the Alpine regions — from Savoyarde and Piedmont to Trentino-Alto Adige, the Bavarian Alps, and the Vosges Mountains — all reimagined using Canadian ingredients,” they tease on their website.

The experience and menu will be à la carte. You can expect to see a rotating selection of hors d’oeuvres, traditional fondue, beechwood-smoked raclette cheese melted over vegetables, and a selection of meats and fresh seafood.
You can even take a look and explore what they call their “Preserves Trolley,” a rolling showcase of pickles, condiments, and house-made accompaniments to pair with your Alpine spread.
In addition to the food, the night will feature a curated list of wines, beers, and cocktails.
This pop-up will open on Nov. 6 until Jan. 4, running Thursdays through Sundays from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Reservations are already available to book. Don’t wait to book your table! Walk-ins are welcome as well.
