Progress for Paws is all about getting Canadians up and moving while making some real-world change. It takes place over 20 days from May 1 to May 20, where participants can log their steps on Strava. Each step and recorded daily movement contribute to a charitable donation.

You can follow along on the Strava leaderboard to track your progress and see how you stack up against friends and the community.

The first 200 people to sign up will receive an exclusive Progress for Paws goodie bag packed with Nude merch, local treats, and even some swag for your pet!

For every 10,000 steps completed, $1 will be donated to animal welfare organizations from coast to coast, including Alberta SPCA, Save Our Scruff, and K9 Advocacy Manitoba, among many others. 

That means your morning coffee run, afternoon walk through the park, and sunset stroll with your dog all count towards a donation. Every step helps provide second chances for animals in need, including lifesaving care, food, and shelter.
