The big debate between the federal party leaders is set to take place this week.
Liberal Leader Mark Carney, Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre, NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh, and Bloc Québécois Leader Yves-Francois Blanchet will take part in two debates.
A French-language debate will be held on Wednesday, April 16, at 6 p.m. EDT and be moderated by Radio-Canada’s Patrice Roy. One day later, on April 17 at 7 p.m. EDT, an English debate will take place with TVO’s Steve Paikin serving as moderator. Both will be broadcast live from Montreal’s Maison de Radio-Canada atrium. Both will run for two hours without commercials.
