Cineplex is offering $5 tickets and $5 popcorn starting today

What’s a movie without popcorn? Starting Tuesday, Cineplex is bringing back discounted movie tickets and popcorn.

A release states, “This winter, Cineplex is giving Canadians reasons to come out of the cold and get together for movies, play and delicious food, all worth sharing.”

Cineplex is offering moviegoers $5 general admission movie tickets and a $5 bag of popcorn (each plus tax) every Tuesday until February 11. The $5 gets you a small bag of popcorn; however, toppings are extra. An additional booking fee of up to $1.50 will be applied to tickets purchased online.

Want to make your cinema experience even more special? For an additional cost, you can even upgrade your general admission ticket to a premium experience.

According to Cineplex, the offer can be applied to movies in 3D, IMAX®, UltraAVX®, D-BOX®, 4DX®, ScreenX®, and VIP. However, it cannot be applied to non-feature films or Cineplex Events performances. Learn more about $5 Tuesdays here.
