A 10 day pizza festival is coming to Calgary this September
The fourth annual YYC Pizza Week is almost here!
This yearĀ over 40 local food vendors have signed to support local businesses and charity in Calgary.
“From Friday, September 22 ā Sunday, October 1 the public can visit various YYC Pizza Week Restaurants around town, buy a Thick, Thin or Gluten Free pizza for $20 with $3 of every pizza going back to Calgary Meals on Wheels,” reads a statement on the organization’s site.
A new feature for this year’s festival is a panel of judges determining this year’s favourite pizza winner.
Get in on the fun by picking up your pizza passport at participating restaurants and get it stamped every time you eat a YYC Pizza Week pizza for the opportunity to win prizes. But be quick because they’re only available until quantities last.
