Calgarian Chris Boyd posted a picture on instagram recently of a house in Hillhurst, neslted at the end of 8 Avenue and 10 Street NW, that has been yarn bombed. The yarn bombing was orchestrated by the Calgary Homeless Foundation (CHF), in collaboration with This is My City Art Society.
The building was yarn bombed in early June in preparation for a new 25 unit affordable housing complex. The demolition of the beautiful yarn-bombed house is set for sometime in July.
