Good samaritans leaving winter coats on lamp poles in Calgary

Good samaritans in Calgary are seemingly giving away winter coats along Stephen Avenue lamp poles. It is not known whether or not the jackets were previously owned but the tied up treasures could make a world of difference for those who are found out in the cold at this time of year, especially those who are homeless.

You will know that the winter coats are being given away as there are tags on them saying, “I AM NOT LOST!!! If you are stuck in the cold please take me to keep you warm XO.”

This thoughtful gesture is one that will make a difference in the lives of Calgarians as the brutally cold weather starts to roll in. At this current time the good samaritans are not known but are appreciated for their kindness and generosity.
