Tim Hortons mobile ordering app now available

The much anticipated Tim Hortons mobile ordering app is live.

The beta version is already available for download for iOS at the Apple App Store and for Android at the Google Play Store, and it allows customers to order and pay for pickup at participating Tim Hortons outlets.

Among the app features; Tim Hortons’ menu items appear illustrated with photos of each product, calorie count, and a brief description (curiously, prices are not displayed until the final checkout page), the ability to load and top-up your TimmyMe and TimCard balance (minimum $10), and track order history.

The beta appears to be fully functional though users will discover that not every Tim Hortons outlet is online as of yet. The app can detect nearby locations that accept mobile ordering and payment via location services enabled within device settings, but only select locations are currently participating.
