Concert: Return to Grace

  • What: Watch Elvis’ legacy in music presented from a fan’s point of view. His music and lifetime unfolds onstage as tribute artist Steve Michaels transforms into the King of Rock and Roll.

Sammy Jean and The Samsonites

  • What: Bourbon Room Presents Sammy Jean and The Samsonites in Calgary. Enjoy Live soul night with doors opening at 8 p.m. and show starting at 9:30 p.m.

The Grape Escape

  • What: Enjoy sampling some wine, spirits and beer from all over the world. Your ticket gets you 12 food and 30 liquor sampling vouchers. There will also be a Sommelier on site running a seminar on wine parings and food.

Old Man and the River

  • What: A great option for families with kids three to eight years old. This magical tale of friendship is preformed entirely without words and set to a musical score.

Family Favourites at Cineplex

  • What: The Games Maker is this weeks feature family film at Cineplex.
  • Where: Sunridge Spectrum, Crowfoot Crossing Cinemas, Scotiabank Theatre Chinook and SilverCity Cross Iron Mills

Calgary Roughnecks vs. Colorado Mammoth

  • Where: Scotiabank Saddledome

Holi Hungama

  • What: SPARQ PRODUCTIONS is throwing the 2nd annual Holi Hungama event with this years theme being celebration of life. Each ticket gets you a bag of colour to play holi with, dinner, dance performances and a Dj dance party. Dress code is strictly white but something casual you don’t mind getting a little colourful.

Nowrouz 1395

  • What: An Iranian Nowrouz celebration. Take part in a New year countdown, watch a dance performance, eat some delicious dinner and then dance the night away and party with DJ Ashkan

Improv Games

  • What: This fun twist on The Hunger Games will have teams (tributes) take the stage in “Capitol-themed” costumes and plenty of cutthroat competition. The Improv Games will host teams from Calgary and surrounding areas.

Calgary Golf Show

  • What: Check out exhibits and try out new 2016 gear. Lots of prizes to be won and an indoor driving range on site.

The Outdoor Adventure & Travel Show

  • What: See over 60 adventure presentations and 200 exhibits. From latest camping gear to scuba diving travel destinations, Western Canada’s largest showcase of outdoor gear and adventure travel experiences has it all.

Rogers Hometown Hockey

  • What: Ron MacLean is hosting the broadcast of the Calgary Flames vs Montreal Canadiens game on Sunday night. Join in on the weekend outdoor hockey festival with free activities, live music, a chance to meet NHL Alumni; fun for all ages.

Calgary Unplugged

  • What: The City of Calgary is holding a ‘Lights Out’ party for Earth Hour. Turn off your lights and electronics and join the Earth Hour procession beginning at 8:30 p.m. Enjoy free hot chocolate, bike-powered music and lights and more.
  • Where: St. Patrick’s Island, Confluence Plaza – 1300 Zoo Road NE

The Paper Bag Princess: a musical

  • What: Meant for anyone ages six and up, this fantastical play will take you on a journey with a feisty princess and her hapless prince, based on a Robert Munsch children’s story book.

  • When: Now until March 19
  • Cost: $21 for adults, and $16 for children

Legendary Easter Egg Hunt

  • What: Start off by listening to the legend of the bunny, then grab a basket and help him find all the eggs. Next stop is Prairie Palace to get some spring planting underway with an Easter pot to take home. Then end your hunt by see all the animals in the farmyard. Time slots are filling up fast!
