Join Lunchbox Theatre as they combine music and history and take you on an adventure back to WW2, examining the lives of soldiers and how our daily lives are changed by war throughout time up to 2016. Comedy Monday Nights at Broken City

Western Canada’s longest running open mic comedy show every week at Broken City. Surprise guests have included, Bob Odenkirk and Zach Galifianakis.

Classic Revolution at Koi

Enjoy live music jam night at Cafe Koi with Classic Revolution. This organization of musicians is dedicated to performing high-quality chamber music in non-traditional settings. Catch them the first Monday of the month.

Happy Hour fun at Hy’s

Hy’s Steakhouse is celebrating weekly Happy Hour with live music in the lounge from local artists every Monday to Friday.  Local Calgarian artists are sure to help you unwind from a busy work day along with a glass of red from Hy’s. Today’s feature artist is Lexi Strate.

Field of Crosses

The annual Field of Crosses is back! Take time out of your day to walk through the 3,000 crosses that were set-up by volunteers, to pay tribute for those fallen for our country. If you are looking to become more involved in the Remembrance Day festivities, help out with the Calgary Poppy Fun annual fundraising campaign or the Canadian Legacy Project’s Veterans Food Drive, both which coincide with the field of crosses.
