We’re rolling into the last week of October, and the city is full of things to do. With Halloween at the end of the week, there are plenty of spooky, seasonal, and just plain fun events happening.

From haunting outings and seasonal fun to hockey games and live theatre, here are 11 things to do in Calgary this week.

Halloween at the Castle: A Dark Fairytale

What: On All Hallows’ Eve, the Castle’s grandeur turns mysterious. Rundle Bar transforms into a moody fairytale forest by interior designer Cory Christopher and inspired by the Castle’s lore. Forest florals, flickering candlelight, and mischievous hosts set the scene for a night of live DJ sets, immersive experiences, and spine-tingling glamour. Costumes are encouraged—your story begins at the door.
