Catch a Calgary Flames game

What: Grab your jersey and head down to the ‘dome this Friday and Sunday as the Flames take on the Minnesota Wild and the San Jose Sharks. We love some double weekend action!

Petfest

What: If you love pets, come be entertained and educated in all things animal during PetFest! Enjoy exciting events such as the Corgi and Dachshund Races, where you can cheer on these adorable pups, or visit the Mini-Animal Petting Zoo for some hands-on fun with smaller animals, including the super-adorable Mini Highland Cows.

Horizon of Khufu

What: Horizon of Khufu is a VR experience that takes you on a journey to explore ancient Egypt and the pyramid of Khufu, the largest of the Egyptian pyramids. It’s a neat concept set up in a space of nearly 10,000 square feet, allowing visitors to be transported to Cairo, where they will be able to freely wander through ancient Egypt.

Murder at the Park: A Wedding to Die For

What: Step into a thrilling 1922 prohibition-era three-act murder mystery at the Wainwright Hotel, filled with suspense, music, and intrigue. Enjoy a three-course meal featuring roasted white onion soup, rosemary-braised Alberta beef short ribs, and a raspberry white chocolate mousse dome.

A Killing at La Cucina

What: In the premiere of this Canadian production, world-famous food critic Richard Carlyle dies after dining at the hottest new five-star restaurant, FATE — an establishment that offers diners an experience to face their own mortality. Did he die by eating the improperly prepared puffer fish, or was he murdered? Enter Lucia Dante, a renowned detective, to solve the case. With numerous suspects that all have reasons to kill, Lucia must draw on her skills and the help of her AI colleague Isabella.
