You can start your meal off with some ‘smoky deviled eggs’ – smoked paprika and chives topped with some decadent ‘crunchy stuff’.’ Then move on to something a little more hearty for your main course like wild BC salmon with tomato consommé, poached squid, fingerling potatoes, peas, baby onion, cucumber, and fennel, or the classic apple-roasted chicken. Simply delicious.
