A powerful spoken experience at The Coming Out Monologues Calgary

Dec 19 2017, 11:13 am

Take a look into the personal struggles and the quest for freedom from Calgary’s LGBTQ+ community at The Coming Out Monologues.

Now in its seventh year, The Coming Out Monologues features the personal stories of how members of the city’s lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer communities were able to come out, share their true selves, and live the life they want to live.

This year’s event will feature Calgary-based band Wrong Kind of Girls, as well as Global News anchor Scott Fee, poet Sheri-D Dawson, and University of Calgary Professor Dawn Johnston as your Masters of Ceremonies.

Tickets are available now via Brown Paper Tickets.
