Taste of Jamaica Calgary returns with live music, delicious food, and more

Celebrate the culture, food, and music of Jamaica at Taste of Jamaica 2016, a fun family-friendly community gathering happening March 26 at Thorncliffe Community Centre.

Hosted by the Jamaican Canadian Association Alberta (JCAA), Taste of Jamaica is a vibrant showcase for the Calgary community, and a great chance for locals to to learn more about the many aspects of Jamaican culture. The event has been taking place in Calgary for over 20 years.

Live music includes performances by Infinity Band, High Vision, Lenky, C-Plus, Lyka- Fox, Debran, Naddie Downs, and Jean Chung. Food will include signature Jamaican eats, such as dumplings, jerk chicken, patties and the national dish of ackee and saltfish.
