Calgary’s favourite outdoor food & drink festival, Taste of Calgary, is back for its 20th year.

Taking place August 11 to 14 at Eau Claire Plaza , the Taste of Calgary offers visitors an array of globally inspired bite sized eats from local restauranteurs. However food isn’t the only draw this year: you can also sample over 30 craft beers, as well as locally distilled spirits.

The selection at this year’s Taste of Calgary ranges from returning fan favourites, such as the braised short ribs, but also expands to include some adventurous and unique dishes that will be sure to tingle your tastebuds.

A full list of culinary treats can be viewed online, but here are our picks for the six booths to visit at this year’s festival.
