Is it fall already? Technically not, but fall is in full swing at Starbucks this week with the return of the fan-favourite Pumpkin Spice Latte and other seasonally appropriate treats.

From Tuesday, Aug. 25, Starbucks locations across Canada will be shifting into fall mode, with the Pumpkin Spice Latte, Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai and Pecan beverages all back on the menu.

However, there will also be some brand-new additions for the season, including the Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso, which combines blonde espresso, shaken with brown sugar syrup and cinnamon, served over ice with oat beverage and topped with pumpkin cream cold foam.

There’ll be even more pumpkiny goodness with the Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha, which layers iced matcha with velvety pumpkin cream cold foam, and theĀ Pumpkin Spice Chai, featuring black tea infused with cinnamon and warming spices, steamed milk and sweet pumpkin sauce.

Banana bread-inspired beverages took the internet by storm last year, and for 2026, Starbucks is introducing some new iterations. TheĀ Banana Bread Latte isĀ made hot with blonde espresso, banana and brown sugar syrup and milk, or iced and topped with brown sugar cream cold foam and cinnamon dolce topping.

There’ll also be the Iced Banana Bread Chai, pairing spiced chai with banana syrup, brown sugar cream cold foam and cinnamon dolce topping.

If cider in the fall is a non-negotiable, Starbucks’ new Iced Chaider could be a hit, with chai combined with strawberry acai flavours.

For snacks, the coffee giant will be launching some new Mini Pies, with fillings including Apple Crumble, Pecan and Pumpkin, as well as an adorable new Hedgehog Cake Pop.
