You could win $125,000 in funding, advertising, and technology for your Canadian business

Back for its fourth consecutive year, TELUS’ #StandWithOwners program is supporting small- and medium-sized businesses that are making a difference in their local communities, while using technology to innovate and grow.

Owners can fill out applications now for a chance to win one of five grand prizes, including $125,000 in funding, advertising, and technology. Grand prize winners will also have the opportunity to receive mentorship from the TELUS advisory panel tailored to their specific business needs, as well as other prizes from TELUS and its partners to help fuel their business growth.

Along with the grand prize winnings, the business owners who are invited to participate in the #StandWithOwners program will also receive a round-trip package to Vancouver to celebrate their achievements.

In addition to the five grand prizes, the top 15 finalists will each receive $20,000 in funding, technology, and additional prizing.

Through the application, business owners will have to demonstrate how they’re solving the problems of today and tomorrow while using technology to grow and differentiate their businesses.

The panel of judges includes Roi Ross, Vice-president of Marketing at TELUS Business; Anjali Kapal, Vice-president, Product Management & Customer Experience at Canada Post; Penny Hicks, Managing Director, Client Partnerships at The Globe and Mail; Lourdes Juan, Founder of Leftovers Foundation and 2021 #StandWithOwners winner; and Mark Hickman, Managing Director, Canada at Sage.

To help support small- and medium-sized businesses in Canada even further, TELUS is offering additional applicants support and prizes through its 50-day countdown leading up to the contest. This will include tips from past winners, business advice from the judges, details on the amazing prizes available, and partner announcements and surprises.
