Who is and isn't calling NHL playoff series for Sportsnet in the second round

The first round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs ended in dramatic fashion, with a pair of Game 7 classics over the weekend.
First, it was Mikko Rantanen, the Dallas Stars forward, who haunted his former team. Rantanen scored a hat trick in the third period as the Stars overcame a 2-0 deficit to defeat the Colorado Avalanche on Saturday.
Somehow, that game was topped on Sunday in Winnipeg. The Winnipeg Jets looked dead and buried, down 3-1 with two minutes left in the third period. But the Jets scored two goals with their goalie pulled, first from Vladislav Namestnikov with 1:56 left and again with just three seconds left, as Cole Perfetti tied the game.
Jets captain Adam Lowry was the Game 7 hero, scoring the winning goal late in the second overtime period to send Winnipeg to the second round.
Speaking of the second round, that starts immediately, beginning with the Toronto Maple Leafs and Florida Panthers on Monday. Tuesday will see the start of a series featuring the Edmonton Oilers and Vegas Golden Knights, as well as the Carolina Hurricanes-Washington Capitals matchup.
The Jets begin their second-round series against the Dallas Stars on Wednesday.
Sportsnet has revealed its broadcast schedule for the second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs. They’ll be busy, as three Canadian teams have made the second round for the first time since 2004.
To no surprise, Sportsnet’s No. 1 crew of Chris Cuthbert, Craig Simpson, and Kyle Bukauskas has been assigned the Maple Leafs-Panthers series.
Fans in Edmonton will be delighted to learn that the Oilers regional crew of Jack Michaels, Louie DeBrusk, and Gene Principe are getting the nod for the Oilers-Golden Knights series.
John Bartlett, Garry Galley, and Scott Oake will call the Jets-Stars series, which is a change from the first round.
Harnarayan Singh and John Garrett, who called all seven games of the Winnipeg-St. Louis series, were not listed on Sportsnet’s second-round schedule.
Sportsnet will carry the only all-American series (Carolina-Washington) via ESPN or TNT’s broadcast.
There is one change to Sportsnet’s studio panel, as New Jersey Devils goaltender Jake Allen will be joining for select games. He replaces former Detroit Red Wings head coach Derek Lalonde.
Ron MacLean and David Amber will once again serve as hosts, joined by analysts Kevin Bieksa, Elliotte Friedman, Kelly Hrudey, Jennifer Botterill, Luke Gazdic, and Sam Cosentino.
All games will be televised on Sportsnet and streamed via Sportsnet+, while all games featuring Canadian teams will also be shown on CBC. Select Saturday night games can also be seen in Punjabi via OMNI Television.
