A huge can't-miss BBQ festival is kicking off in Calgary next month

Get ready for a serious case of the meat sweats Calgary, because it’s almost time for the Rotary RibFest.

Going down at 1410 Olympic Way SE (Stampede Grounds) from September 6 to 8, organizers are calling this meaty celebration “the biggest BBQ Calgary has ever seen,” so you do not want to miss it.

Teams from Oklahoma, Ontario, Michigan, Ohio, and Texas will all be smoking up the best meat you can buy, and the best part?

Admission is free, although donations to go towards the rotary clubs of Calgary chinook and centennial projects will be encouraged.

Folks can expect booze, meat, desserts, and treats available for purchase, along with some friendly competition and amazing entertainment.
