Dec 19 2017, 11:23 am

In an effort to eliminate global poverty, the first annual Raindrop Gala fundraiser hosted by Millenium Plus Homes, is coming to Calgary.

In conjunction with the Aga Khan Foundation Canada, all proceeds from the night will go to the World Partnership Walk (WPW). The WPW supports development initiatives in Africa and Asia for sustainability and better living conditions. In Africa alone, there are 358 million people living without access to water and globally 1 child dies from a water-related illness each day.

The night will consist of a red carpet entrance, silent auction, appetizers, a fun photo booth and much more. This adult only event has a semi-formal dress code in effect and there will be opportunities to donate to the WPW throughout the night.
