Learn to see the music in everything at Playing Our City in Downtown Calgary.
Hosted by Outloud YYC, Playing Our City will see Calgarians working with professional musicians to “play” the environment and create a unique and stunning piece of music composed by Laurie Radford and JUNO Award winner Allan Gordon Bell. Anything from glass and earth to the human body will be used, in an ultimate experiment on how we make music together.
Come down to the Central Library on Saturday at 2 p.m. and learn the song live. As a Calgary JUNO Awards Host Committee initiative, the event will be live-streamed and available online, for viewing by national and international audiences.
