The NOEL Indoor Light Park makes for an amazing photo op (PHOTOS)

If you’re looking to get into the Christmas spirit in Calgary, we’ve got just the place.

The NOEL Indoor Light Park and Christmas Market has taken over the Nutrien Centre at the Stampede Grounds with hundreds of thousands of dazzling lights, gorgeous displays, and a light tunnel to rival even that of ZooLights.

There are four themed light parks set up throughout the building, meaning that there is a wide variety of holiday-themed photos just waiting to be taken.

The market provides the possibility of grabbing a craft beer, visiting Santa, or picking up that last minute present before the big day comes at last.

The event is open from now until New Year’s Eve, though is (understandably) closed on Christmas Day.

Tickets can be purchased online for $21 for adults and $16 for children, students, and seniors. Kids five and under get in for free.

You’ll need to head over to the NOEL Christmas website to pick a two hour window in which to attend — and we’d do it sooner rather than later, because some blocks have already sold out for this weekend.

Here’s a look at some of our favourite photos from the event so far:
