If you’re looking to enjoy some time outdoors, a new mini golf location is opening this weekend, and it looks like so much fun.
The Rocky Mountain Mini Golf brings 18 holes of alpine-inspired adventure to the heart of Airdrie. Carved through natural boulders, winding creeks, and timber bridges, every hole tells a story of the Canadian Rockies, and it’s located at Apple Creek Golf Course and Arcade.
If you are hoping to pick up a putter and play, pricing is $15 per person, while seniors and juniors (under 12) are $12.
It will also be open all season, from “spring thaw to the last golden days of autumn,” its website touted.
The location will have its grand opening on Saturday, Aug. 15 at 11 a.m. Its operating hours will be Monday to Thursday from 3 to 10 p.m., and Friday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

You can also unwind on the Apple Creek patio with craft beverages, local fare, and panoramic views of the course and the Alberta Prairie.
“No online booking — just come down, grab a putter and play,” the Facebook post announcing its grand opening stated.
