Team Nenshi's electoral campaign brings 'the purple picnic' to Calgary

Elections are in October and the purple army is revving up their campaign.
Mayor Naheed Nenshi introduced ‘the purple picnic’ on his Instagram account today captioning the picture with, “Introducing @thepurplepicnic – spreading the 💜of Calgary in your community. Follow today! #purplepicnic.”
The account has pictures of Calgarians holding up signs answering the question of, “What do you 💜 about Calgary?” while standing infront of a purple bench.
