The Mustard Seed is asking Calgarians for essential donation items
The Mustard Seed needs help gathering certain donation items.
A request that was made on their Twitter page says the seed is in need of the following items:
- Bottled water
- Men’s and Women’s brand new underwear
- Transit tickets
- Travel-size shampoo
- Towels
In a release earlier this summer when temperatures were high in Calgary, Street Level Manager Andy Lewington said “When we can give a bottle of water to someone who comes to our door or someone on the streets, it gives them one less worry on a hot day. It’s all part of treating people with compassion, which is what we strive to do here at The Mustard Seed.”
Donations can be dropped off at: 102 11th Avenue SE
