Monki Bistro announces new Calgary location to open this spring

One of Calgary’s most popular brunch spots, Monki Bistro, has announced expansion plans.

The 1301 10th Avenue SW eatery has been serving patrons epic eats like stuffed French toast and the Monki Ground Chuck Burger since 2012, and it’s about to bring its legendary grub to another lucky neighbourhood in YYC.

Without revealing an address, Monki announced it would be opening its second Calgary location in Inglewood, joining a plethora of popular existing restaurants, breweries, and specialty shops in the area.

Monki II is set to open in April 2019, we’ll keep you posted on details for this exciting opening as they come.
