Enjoy a succulent meal at the chic Modern Steak restaurant (CONTEST)

You might not enjoy a steak cooked to perfection every day, but when you do, it’s a memorable moment.
Modern Steak on 10th Avenue is one of a small number of steakhouses in the country that serves up totally fresh, grass and grain-fed Alberta beef, fresh seafood, waygu beef, and more, every day of the year. Steaks are cooked using a 1800 degree infrared grill so you get the flame-grilled outside packed with flavour and the juicy centre.
You can start off by ordering a warm crab starter, mussels, or prawns to enjoy the essence of the fresh seafood served up at Modern Steak.
For the main course, order a Brant Lake wagyu, choose the cut of beef and how you’d like your steak cooked. Rare or medium, the choice is yours. If you can’t decide, the modern wagyu meatball option or steak burger will serve you well with ground wagyu bacon, cheese, arugula, tomato, pickled zucchini, finished off with a secret sauce.
A meal at modern steak isn’t complete until you’ve had dessert too. The whipped ‘smores’ cheesecake or the fiasco gelato will leave you feeling overwhelmed with deliciousness. You could be able to experience that feeling by just entering the contest below.
