Brand-new Vietnamese restaurant is opening in Calgary next month

Calgary is home to an impressive selection of Vietnamese restaurants, but now, a new addition is joining the ranks.
Miss Do, a brand-new spot for Vietnamese cuisine, is gearing up to open in its home tucked away above Sho Sushi on Macleod Trail.
While not much has been revealed about the new spot just yet, it’s slated to open to coincide with the kick-off of YYC Noodle Festival, so around Nov. 6.

One dish that will be available throughout the festival is Miss Do’s Oxtail Pho, featuring its oxtail broth, simmered for hours with traditional spices such as star anice and cinnamon. Served over rice noodles, the rich dish also contains tender oxtail meat and fresh herbs.
We’re excited to see what will be served up at Calgary’s newest Vietnamese restaurant.
