MARKET to host collaborative dinner with Vancouver-based chef

Foodies mark your calendars: Vancouver-based chef Jefferson Alvarez is coming to Calgary, joining MARKET’s executive chef Sean MacDonald for a one-of-kind dining experience on August 24.

“I look forward to doing some serious cooking in MARKET, Calgary. I plan to cook a memorable meal with Sean,” says Alvarez.

The Venezuelan-born chef, who has worked in numerous restaurants around the world, will step into MARKET’s kitchen to present a four-course dinner with snacks with Executive Chef MacDonald and the MARKET team.

“I am very excited to get to work alongside Chef Alvarez and do a dinner together. It has been a long time coming,” says MacDonald.
