3 Eau Claire was inspired by the co-existence of Central Park and Manhattan. This world class building, built by NORR Architects, is expected to be the tallest residential building in the city. Sitting at 48 stories the remarkable 3 Eau Claire is a mixed-use design for Residential, commercial and professional usage.

There will be roughly 20,000 square feet of retail space, which includes a grocery store, coffee shop and restaurant. Floors 3 through 12 (another 20,000 square-feet) are designed for office use. Residential living is the main purpose of this building and the rest of the floors will accommodate this. There will be around 500 one, two and three bedroom condominium residences in the 2 towers.

Every suite of this building will host your choice of either white or mocha colour schemes, and will contain custom designed European kitchen cabinets that are focused on creating a sophisticated minimalist décor.

The tower was designed to give every resident in the building a maximum amount of natural light. A rooftop outdoor garden will be located on the 13th floor.

There will be a bridge between the two towers on the 37 floor. On the 41 floor there will be amenity space featuring an incredible four-storey glass atrium providing spectacular views of the city and mountains.
