Show off your Calgary pride on November 5 at the #LOVEYYC Day celebration.

Tourism Calgary is asking for locals to share why they love the city on their social media handles using #LOVEYYC from now until November 5. The goal of the project is to infuse love into the city and create a positive shift.

After all, there have been a lot of great things to celebrate including the opening of Studio Bell, hosting the Juno Awards, and the having the highest attendance to YYC Pride in the city’s history.

So get on social media and start sharing why you love this city using #LOVEYYC. Be sure to check out LocalLoveYYC on Instagram and #LoveYYC on Twitter to get some inspiration.

And after you’re done posting why you love Calgary on social media, make sure to check out the Local YYC Love event on November 5 to show your Calgary pride.

Showcasing local musicians, visual artists, jewelers, and clothing designers, the event highlights all the positives that make Calgary a great place to live.
