A vegan market is coming to Calgary this spring
Forget the milk and eggs, you won’t be needing them!
The Little Vegan Spring Market will be open to shoppers on Saturday, April 7, with vendors setting up at the Marda Loop Communities Association.

The market will have a full line-up of vegan-friendly businesses selling their products – whether you’re purchasing for yourself or for a friend, there’s plenty to browse, and it’s all 100% vegan.
It’s always amazing to see the delicious things that can be made without the use of meat, dairy, or any other animal products, and the cruelty-free wares don’t stop at the food (though there will be plenty of that). Possible purchases will also include beauty products, housewares, and more.
Kim Hirtle, the owner of Soy Milk and Vinegar and organizer of The Little Vegan Market, said in an email to Daily Hive that the market provides a great opportunity to get to know some of Calgary’s best vegan producers.
“The Little Vegan Spring Market is the perfect way to ring in a new season and discover great vegan companies in and around Calgary!”
The market will run from 11 am to 4 pm and is free for all to attend.
